Everyday life for NASCAR driver Kurt Busch's girlfriend Patricia Driscoll is often either busy with charity work or enjoying her relationship with the racing veteran. Otherwise, Patricia sits on the sidelines watching Kurt partake in one of the most dangerous professional sports there is. As nervous as watching may make her, Busch's track record places him in the top ten at the end of this season.
While Kurt is busy with racing, Patricia is very involved in the Armed Forces Foundation (AFF), which she is president of. Her hard work has provided hundreds of thousands of dollars that helped pay the expenses for loved ones to visit injured soldiers. The foundation's goals are to not only take care of active duty and retired military personnel, but also to educate the public about conditions such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injury and raise awareness. Patricia has proven to be much more than a trophy wife with her efforts and donations for the organization.
Big changes will be coming soon for Busch. Next season he will be changing teams to the Stewart-Haas racing team and will represent number 41, a change from number 78 which he drove in with Furniture-Row-Racing before. After tweeting a "family shot" during his quest for the Sprint Cup and other family pictures we can assume he has a good relationship with Patricia's son Houston, who he calls his step-son. The happy-family vibe that Kurt and Patricia give off could make him not only a statistical favorite, but also a fan favorite for net season.
