Charlotte Flair’s boyfriend has been debated for months on end.  We heard whispers a little while ago that Charlotte was dating Andrade, but things weren’t confirmed until Wrestemania.

And boy oh boy, when these two kids confirmed, they confirmed.

During 2019 Wrestlemania weekend, Flair and Almas finally shouted to the rafters that they are in fact together.  It started on her Instagram stories, with pictures of what appeared to be part of his face cuddled up next to her.  But that appetizer fueled the main course when it finally went all the way out.

It makes sense, and certainly isn’t the first WWE couple we’ve seen or heard about.  Grueling schedules on the road, intense training.  It’s just a natural fit.  While most of you know that Charlotte is at the top of the her division, Charlotte Flair’s boyfriend is right at the top of the Smackdown’s men’s division as well.

No folks.  Andrade is not dating Zelina Vega

I cannot tell you how many times we’ve seen that rumor come into our email.  But that’s one thing we know for sure, because Zelina Vega is married to Alestair Black (another post on that coming eventually.  Leave us alone).  Charlotte and Andrade first went public headed into NXT Takeover Brooklyn, 2019, only to further confirm it on the red carpet of the WWE HOF ceremony the next night.

Charlotte Flair was born and bred into this industry.  The daughter of arguably the greatest professional wrestler of all time, cracking into the WWE was never a challenge.  Andrade however, had to battle more for his position.   Andrade began wrestling in 2007 for Mexican circuits before heading to Japan.  It wasn’t until 2015 that WWE came calling and he earned his place in NXT.  It took three years in NXT, where he held the belt for a period of time, before he was ultimately called up to the main roster.

Andrade isn’t the first professional wrestler Charlotte’s dated.

Before Andrade took the title of Charlotte Flair’s boyfriend,  she previously dipper her toe in the pro wrestler dating world.

Ain’t no global pandemic that’s about to stop Breion Winston from becoming Jameis Winston’s wife.

Let her explain:

Jameis and Breion married in a private ceremony at their home right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic.  The couple had originally planned to marry earlier in the offseason, but Coronavirus reared its head and had other plans.  Jameis took care of things and made an honest woman out of the girl who’s been by his side for the duration of his entire pro career.  Not a bad way to celebrate a home confinement, huh?

Before she was Jameis Winston’s wife:

Jameis Winston’s wife was a Rice University basketball player. Allen is a 5’9″ guard from Hoover, AL which is just about a half hour from Winston’s hometown of Hueytown, AL. Allen didn’t see a ton of minutes during her career, averaging just a touch over 2 points per game. But hey, not many people can say they played D-1 basketball, so all the credit in the world to her.

Back when she was Jameis Winston’s girlfriend, it was clear that Breion Allen is no stranger to successful football players. Allen had two cousins, Sean Jackson, and Sam Shade, who each spent time in the NFL. Sean Jackson attended Florida State in fact (though it was admittedly before she was born). Jameis is proud to flaunt his girlfriend on his Twitter feed. Given Jameis Winstron’s profile, from Heisman winner to #1 overall pick, it’s a little surprising. A lot of times, when guys have their pick of women, they keep their relationship quiet. Even when he was in college, when he had an entire campus of girls fawning over him, he was more than proud of his girlfriend.

Breion was on hand when he won the Heisman and when he was the first overall pick in the 2015 draft. Mrs. Winston has become a little bit of an internet sensation in the videos Winston posts on his Twitter. Allen runs routes with the best of them as you can see below.

Allen would also be a hit showing off some impressive one handed grabs, taking in a late night game of catch with her boyfriend.

Seriously, the girl has skills, right?  Anything to help out the quarterback of the Buccaneers future out.  The two seem to be adjusting to life as the toast of the town quite well.  While much has been made of Jameis Winston’s maturity, he seems to have things figured out in the dating world.  Props to the young couple.

That’s right folks, Rousey is headlining the Grand-daddy of them All,… Wrestlemania!  As part of the build to the event, Ronda Rousey’s husband, UFC fighter Travis Browne, found himself on screen.  Take a look below.

It’s not the first time Browne has been on screen.  Immediately after Rousey won the Raw Women’s Championship at Summer Slam 2018, Rousey ran to celebrate with him.

Ronda Rousey’s husband Travis Browne is in the middle of a controversy that he allegedly started. We posted last year about Ronda’s now ex-boyfriend Brendan Schaub. That’s over. Ronda has apparently been with Travis for awhile.  But it appears he was still technically married to a woman named Jenna Webb when they got together. Jenna accused him of abusing her and pressing charges against him. She provided photos to investigators and posted them online. She also said something to the effect of “it’s just a matter of time before Ronda sees his true colors.”

“Do-Nothing-Bitches”

Some other websites have also tied this new relationship of Ronda’s into her talk about do-nothing-bitches or “DNB’s” for short. Jenna Webb commented on her Instagram “who’s the DNB now?” after the found out about Ronda Rousey’s husband Travis Browne being with her. At the time, Jenna made it clear she believed Ronda was dating Travis for a long time while she was still with him.  From her version of accounts, it’s a pretty raw deal for Jenna. Not only did she get allegedly abused by Travis, but the guy was cheating on her for a long while with Ronda. I don’t think that necessarily makes Ronda a do-nothing-bitch. On the contrary, she does a lot of stuff, but I think it’s a convenient way to tie in her interesting catch phrase into the controversy.

Ronda and Travis made it work, however.  Rousey and Browne tied the knot in 2017.   The couple live on a farm, Browsey Farm, loaded with Animals.  There are rumors swirling that the couple may be intending to start a family after Wrestlemania, but do NOT tell Ronda about these rumors.

Colby Cave’s wife Emily Cave is an incredible woman.  Colby Cave passed away from a brain bleed at the age of 25, which shocked the hockey community.  Following the tragic and sudden passing of her husband, Emily took to Instagram to try to reconcile her feelings throughout the ordeal.

Colby and Emily Cave married in 2019 which he gladly celebrated welcoming in 2020 on Instagram.  As Emily painfully described in her post above, they didn’t have children yet.  Colby was certainly proud of his married life, and Colby Cave’s wife was a regular component of his social media.

Chris Paul’s wife Jada Paul accompanied him to South Africa for the first ever NBA game in Africa. While there, Chris and Jada visited the Apartheid Museum. Chris held a ticket that read “whites”.  Jada held a ticket that read “non-whites” in order to show what it’s like to be segregated by skin color. It’s a fairly poignant image.

Paul and Jada married in September of 2011.  The nuptials took place in an extravagant ceremony at Ballantyne Hotel and Lodge in Charlotte, NC. Both Chris and Jada wanted to return to their home state to have the ceremony accessible for close friends and family. They had their first child together, Christopher Emmanuel Paul II, on May 23, 2009 and their second their second child, Camryn Alexis Paul, was born on August 16, 2012.

Chris Paul just surrounds himself with cool people. LeBron James is one of his best friends. I’ve thought for a long time that the duo of Chris and Blake Griffin are two of the coolest dudes in the NBA. The same is true for Chris and his Jada. Chris Paul’s wife has a wonderful sense of humor and never misses a chance to make people smile. Witness her charming christmas sweater. The couple just bought a posh 10,000 square foot mansion in Calabasas, California in December that I’ve taken a look at. It’s part of a gated and guarded community with trained dogs and the whole walkie-talkie security thing happening. It sort of reminds me of Jabba’s Palace but in a pretty way. The mansion used to belong to Avril Lavigne and was bought by Paul for $8,995,000.

One of the more interesting stories about Chris Paul’s wife and him happened back in the days when Donald Sterling was still the owner of the Clippers. He threw a party and hired a Marilyn Monroe impersonator for the occasion. During the party, the Marilyn impersonator tried to coax Blake and Paul on the stage so she could give them a sexy dance and serenade. They both declined. According to Chris, Vinny Del Negro ended up taking that bullet for the team. Then, Sterling brought Chris up on stage and said to the crowd (which included Jada) that he didn’t know why Chris was married since there’s so many beautiful women in Los Angeles. Chris then said, “Because I love my wife.” Blake Griffin said of the whole thing that, “it was awkward, to put it nicely.” Oy ve!

These days, Chris Paul’s wife Jada Crawley Paul lives the good life with him and their sons. On Halloween, she dressed up in a rather exquisite Snow White dress. In August, Jada took little Camryn with her to get a strange green goo poured on their feet. It was a pedicure that she said felt like warm applesauce but smelt good. Hey, sounds alright to me. Pour on the green applesauce! Jada also celebrated Brendyn’s first day in 1st grade in September of last year by posting a photo of him holding a sign that said “1st grade.” Their family’s growing up fast!

Christian McCaffrey’s girlfriend Brooke Pettet attended the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism from 2013 to 2017. The school is also part of Arizona State University. However, she doesn’t seem to identify herself exclusively as a journalist yet. She talked about her strong organizational skills on her professional social media account. Brooke also landed a job at a gym as a personal trainer. I see many player wives and girlfriends become personal trainers. They take good care of themselves and possess fitness knowledge. It makes sense.

Though no ones yet heard how they met, I have a strong theory. Since Christian McCaffrey’s girlfriend shares pictures but he doesn’t, he does give one clue. Back in March, he thanked the gym she works for after they prepped him for the NFL Combine. Brooke may have recruited him into the gym. It’s also entirely possible Christian asked them if they would employ her since she started in July. Anyway, that’s the only mention of their relationship on his personal social media account. Brooke, on the other hand, shared a lot of photos on her own account. She loves to ride horses and grew up with them. She rides equestrian.

The oldest picture I saw of the couple comes from February of 2016. Terez Owens showed a bunch of social media photos of the couple. Christian McCaffrey’s girlfriend attended the Stanford game at the Rose Bowl in 2016. They also won the game, and she commented how happy it made her. My best guess is they knew each other since high school since they both grew up in Colorado. Brooke herself comes from the Denver area. I don’t think they attended the same high school but Highlands Ranch (where Christian went to high school) is about 20 miles from Denver. They also spent New Year in Castle Rock, Colorado together. Their life could just be getting started!

2019: Dak Prescott’s girlfriend Ireland Borba?

When you’re the face of ‘America’s Team,’ you date models.  It’s just kinda, like how it works.  And when it comes to the woman allegedly labeled Dak Prescott’s girlfriend, in Irelan Borba, modeling it is.  During the offseason, SportsGossip.com linked the pair.  They were reportedly hanging out prior to their first public sighting at a Top Golf in Tampa, FL.  Badass date spot.

Now both of their Instagram profiles are well manicured to protect from any negative posts.  Neither appears on the others feed.  What that means, remains to be seen.  But for now, it’s the latest rumor we have to go on.

2017 – ??: Dak Prescott’s girlfriend Yasmine Lee

Dak Prescott’s girlfriend Yasmine Lee first turned up on Terez Owens on October 9, 2017. After that, they posted another story which The Sun then picked up. It goes like this: Dak promised not to make love with Yasmine until the Cowboys are out of the playoffs. I both like and dislike this. First, it gives Mr. Prescott some time to get to know Yasmine as a person. However, he claims it’s like a good luck charm. This is ludicrous since there’s not a lot of luck running through the Cowboys organization right now. Anyway, at least Dak will learn more than us about Yasmine.

We can tell you that this seems like a great step up for Dak. His last relationship with Dallas Nicole Parks turned out to be a huge embarrassment. The Cowboys asked him to tell her to stop blabbing about him and the team. That’s never a good sign. So let’s talk about Dak Prescott’s girlfriend Yasmine. Basically, she’s a super hot Instagram model. She gave a few hints that she is involved with Dak so far. Meanwhile, Dak didn’t yet make the relationship official on social media. Yasmine posted a photo of her very close to the action on the gridiron. She wore a Prescott jersey. Then she said there is only one player she watches.

Dak Prescott’s girlfriend graduated from Arizona State University and currently resides in Dallas. However, I should mention that she travels fairly extensively. She posted pictures of Coachella, Honolulu, and Baja Mexico. It’s surprising how little you need to share personally in order to retain 60,000 plus followers on social media. Right now, Yasmine boasts that many and really only puts up pictures of herself in bikinis. But, oh, what pictures! To the best of my knowledge, Yasmine comes from Tempe, Arizona. She visits friends and family there.

2014 – 2016: Dak Prescott’s ex-girlfriend Kayla Puzas

Dak Prescott’s ex-girlfriend is an Atlanta native and graduate of Georgia Southern University. The couple dated two years ago and broke up some time in between 2014 and 2016 so she is now technically his ex-girlfriend. She erased all the pictures of him from her social media. In 2015 Dak and some friends got beat up over spring break at a concert in Panama City. Details are hazy but someone hit Dak in the face with a bottle and punched and kicked him. I saw a video of him trying to stand up after the altercation.

These days, the woman who used to be Dak Prescott’s girlfriend spends her nights going to clubs with friends and taking lots of pictures with them. In fact, she may already have a new boyfriend. She took a picture with him and wished him a happy birthday. She said she couldn’t wait to celebrate with him. In March, she was in Los Angeles briefly. She shared only one picture of herself walking around with palm trees in the background, but she went there and tagged the location.

It also looks like Dak Prescott’s ex-girlfriend took a vacation to Honduras and Belize with her friends. This was part of a cruise she was on. Additionally, She was on the campus of Mississippi State in March. Could this mean she made friends with people on campus besides Dak? Could Dak have been on campus in March? It’s very possible. Perhaps they are still partially together. Whatever the case, Kayla erased every picture of herself with Dak. That almost always means they’re not officially a couple. That’s great news for men who loves gorgeous Southern women and bad news for Dak, though I think he has a lot of options still coming his way.

2016 – 2017: Dak Prescott’s ex-girlfriend Dallas Nicole Parks

Now meet Dak Prescott’s ex-girlfriend Dallas Nicole Parks. She apparently quickly became his ex-girlfriend because she had a huge social media meltdown about him. At least, it looked like that for one night. She claimed someone hacked her phone the day after the meltdown. So we don’t know what to think at this point. She appeared to write that he was “not who he appeared to be,” and that if you “wanted to be treated like shit, go to him.”

Firstly, Dak Prescott’s girlfriend Dallas took pictures with Johnny Manziel in early July, 2016. While that occurred in July, it may have ended by early September. TerezOwens reported Dallas is dating Dak first. Dallas herself is a model who did work for Playboy and competed in something called “Miss Social.” It’s a “non-nude social media competition.” The website says contestants and judges earn votes based on social media activity and various challenges. I don’t really understand it, and I don’t really care to. The Cowboys organization and his whole team told Dak to tell Dallas to stop talking about the Cowboys. They probably thought it made them look dumb. Yes, it sort of did.

Dak Prescott’s girlfriend is 5’2″ and weighs 120 pounds. She shares her measurements as 34/26/33.  She owns a small white dog that she takes around with her. For Halloween, she dressed up in lingerie and some black wings. Dallas loves going to clubs and bars in skimpy clothes to show off. Her one decent quote that she put up on social media was “sometimes we create our own heartbreaks through expectations.” Likewise, she declares her love of money openly and honestly throughout her feed.

Chris Jericho’s wife Jessica Irvine met him in high school. They dated a few years and tied the knot in 2000. That means their marriage is now going to hit the big twenty this year.

Dude, Jericho has been around forever but still doesn’t feel like an old dude.  It’s incredible.

She gave birth to their three children in 2003 and 2006. Since she gave birth to twins in 2006, they named the twins Cheyenne and Sierra. I like the “western” flavor of these names a lot. They named their first borne son Ash. Since Jericho is one of the coolest wrestlers ever, of course his kids have cool names. They will grow up to be cool like him and his wife.

Jessica spends tons of time with her kids. I suppose that’s the nature of having a father on the road 300 nights a year between AEW and Fozzy fame.  She loves to be a mother and apparently loves to spend time outside with them because a lot of the photos of them together feature palm trees and tropical ferns! Since they married back in 2000, Jessica posted some pictures of their wedding on social media. Chris sported some very long blonde hair back then. He still possessed his killer wit and sense of humor, naturally. The famous wrestler Edge also attended the wedding along with other well-known WWE stars. WWE footage of the couple attending the Hall of Fame ceremony feature Jessica prominently. Obviously she wasn’t going to miss the momentous occasion for anything!

Their kids attended the induction, and Chris Jericho’s wife wore a beautiful white satin gown. Their family likes to travel together, and since Jericho’s schedule is a bit lighter on matches than it used to be, this is a little easier. Of course, his schedule is still hectic because he also has podcast work that he throws himself into with abandon. I highly recommend his podcasts too. He has a fun personality. This is definitely one of the reasons Jessica still loves the guy. Since they met in high school, it’s been a great ride for the both of them!

Roman Reigns has been through a lot lately.  Fortunately for him, Rom Reigns wife has been through it all with the Big Dog.

Leukemia battle?  Check and check.  Beat that one twice.

Brock Lesnar?  Check and check.

Twins?  Check check and…. check check?

Yeah, apparently so folks.  Becuase after Roman Reigns’ wife Galina Becker gave birth to twin boys in 2016, it looks like this family is ready to do it all again.  With Roman home during the COVID outbreak of 2020, it’s as good a time as any, one would suppose.  But yes, Galina is pregnant with twins again.  Considering Roman is cousins with Jimmy and Jey Uso, clearly twins run in this family in a big way.

Congratulations are definitely in order to Roman and his wife.  But with five kids under the age of 10, including two sets of twins under four?  Good luck and God speed are more in order here.

UPDATE 12/07/2014:

Congratulations are in order, especially to Roman Reigns wife, Galina Becker.

While Reigns is out rehabbing his recent injury, he took the time to marry his long time girlfriend. Reigns is expected back to the active WWE roster shortly so this was a logical marriage date.

No word on if any of Reigns family (The Uso’s, The Rock, Rikishi, etc), were in attendance. We seriously doubt Seth Rollins was, though.

Sorry lady WWE marks, but Roman Reigns girlfriend Gaina Becker is about to shatter your dreams. Why? Because Galina Becker is actually Roman Reigns fiancé.

The two met while attending Georgia Tech together where Reigns was a standout defensive end for the Yellow Jackets. After a couple NFL training camps and a brief stint in the CFL, Reigns hung up the spikes and traded it in for tactical gear to join The Shield.

Wrestling is in the blood of Reigns, whose father is Sika of the Wild Samoans. The Anoa’i family has wrestling through the family tree with The Rock, Yokozuna, Rikishi, Umaga and the Usos all sharing the family bond. With a Diva’s division that is in desperate need of resuscitation, one might wonder if the Anoa’i family could help spark the women’s side of the house. If they’re waiting for Reigns daughter, it’s going to take some time.

During the WWE’s public service campaign to “Take Time To Be a Dad Today,” Reigns and his four year old daughter stole the show and created plenty of buzz with their rendition of I’m a Little Teapot. Reigns, who hails from Pensacola, spends most of his days on the road, but flies home with every opportunity he gets to be with his family.

Reigns and Becker were engaged February 26, 2012. With Reigns skyrocketing up the WWE depth chart, finding an available wedding date is no doubt plenty of a challenge.

Michael Jordan’s wife Yvette Prieto gave birth to the GOAT’s fourth and fifth kids in February, 2014.  After having three older kids with his first wife, Yvette gave birth to Ysabel and Victoria Jordan to round out the Jordan starting 5.  In one of those “this is gonna make you feel old,” moments, MJ became a grandfather in 2019.  His elder daughter, Jasmine, had a son with Rakeen Christmas (a professional basketball player in Turkey).  Kid has pretty sick lineage!

UPDATE: 04/29/2013:

While we still don’t know if the prior update rumor was true, we do know now that Yvette Prieto is Michael Jordan’s wife. The couple married in a small ceremony over the weekend in front of 300 guests. The reception took place at a golf course near where Jordan lives and had entertainment by Usher and, well honestly, after Usher, who cares who else was there.

Michael Jordan began dating Yvette Prieto in July, 2008. Prieto is a 31 year old Cuban American model, who previously dated Julio Iglesias Jr. We should also note, that despite internet rumors, they did not get married in December, 2008, and were not expecting a child in February, 2009. As of April, 2013, the couple has filed for a marriage license and the expectation is that they will be married any day.

Late 2008, Jordan and Prieto bought a 5,500 square foot home in suburban Miami. They took out a 30 year mortgage worth $196,000. It’s believed that they took out this mortgage as a way to rebuild Prieto’s credit after she filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2002.
SIDE NOTE RANT: You want to know why everyone hates bloggers? It’s because of guys like Kevin Allen at the Chicago Sun Times. Allen, who I’m sure is a guy that would dispute the fact that he’s nothing more than a blogger, not only posted the address of their new house, but a friggin google map to the place. We’ve been accused of crossing the boundaries of newsworthiness to intrusiveness, but that is a whole new level of invasion. Even we think that’s messed up.

Patrick Mahomes’ girlfriend Brittany Matthews attended the University of Texas at Tyler. She played soccer there and identifies herself as a soccer alumni. In fact, the official UT Tyler sports website posted an article about her on May 15, 2017. The article announced Brittany signed to a professional soccer team in Iceland. The name of the team is UMF Afturelding. She also said she didn’t envision playing college soccer when she graduated high school. Brittany told the paper she attended UT Tyler because it was close to home and because she knew friends there. She added that her participation with the soccer team renewed her love for the sport.

Brittany’s last post from Iceland came on September 11, 2017. She mentioned she was “heading out of Iceland” on that day. She said she would miss her teammates. In fact, Patrick Mahomes’ girlfriend already knew someone there before she arrived. She joined another UT Tyler player when she signed up to play in Reykjavik. A teammate named Chestley Strother also signed to play for the team. It is unclear whether Brittany’s contract lasts more than one season. Since neither Brittany nor the UT Tyler article mention the length, we cannot say. However, Patrick told UT Tyler Sports he works out with her. He said he knows she put in all the hard work to achieve professional status.

On May 10, Brittany joked on social media that just when she thought she would get a tan, she signed the contract to play in Iceland. Rob Gronkowski’s girlfriend Camille Kostek ​was a New England Patriots cheerleader.   The two have been a bit on-again, off-again since 2014.  Tracking this relationship has sometimes been a fruitless endeavor if we’re being totally honest here.   But, as social media shows us time and again, one little picture can change the narrative.  It’s amazing what a snap of an innocent ice cream cone can do.  As was the case here, the picture recently made the rounds on the net. That’s one of the perks of dating early on versus later when both parties get comfortable– you can ask a cheerleader/model type out to get ice cream and she’ll say yes because she doesn’t want to reject you, but later on there’ll be no more trips to the ice cream parlor– mark my words.

Camille starred in a curious little music video by a fellow named Jack Fiskio.  The video is called “A Little More You”. I suppose you could call the style of music mellow country rock.  In it, Rob Gronkowski’s girlfriend plays the love interest of Jack Fiskio.  Fiskio is a good looking little guy with gelled hair, Ray-Bans, and a crush. Here are some sample lyrics:

“All day diamond eyes that are ocean blue/ trying to keep my poker face/but I’m going all in for you.” Okay, well, the video features Camille essentially just lazing around with this guy (who is basically the physical opposite of Rob Gronkowski) and kind of bobbing her head and half-dancing while sitting next to him on a wicker divan.

Look, it ain’t for everyone.  I could extoll why I don’t care for it from a music perspective.  But, music is relative.  Whatever floats your boat.  Anyways, Rob Gronkowski’s girlfriend is lovely as can be in the video, and there’s a few shots of her in a bikini at the beach.

Camille Kostek has also done some modeling work and posted a few shots of being photographed on her Twitter and Instagram.  She recently competed in Sports Illustrated’s Swimsuit competition and was a finalist.    But it’s clear that she’s ready to be Camille Kostek,… and not just Rob Gronkowski’s girlfriend.

Ray Rice was probably the biggest story to hit the NFL in years.  And, it put Roger Goodell right in the crosshairs. After retiring from her job as a Fox News broadcaster in 2010, you know Roger Goodell’s wife wants an exclusive interview. In the wake of the Ray Rice fiasco, Goodell sat for one major interview, which flopped in the court of public opinion. You know Jane just leers across the table at him thinking “you saw the tape, didn’t you?”.  DIDN’T YOU?!?!?

Roger Goodell is married to former Fox News broadcaster, Jane Skinner. In 2010, Jane announced on air that she was retiring from broadcasting.  At the time, she cited a desire to be closer to her family.  And shockingly enough more than a decade later the retirement has held.  This wasn’t one of those flimsy celebrity retirements.  One where the person comes back 6 months later just to make the public miss them.  No sir, Jane seems done with the limelight.  Hey, easy to do when your spouse earns a reported $44m per year.  The Goodell/Skinner power duo has twin daughters, and resides in Westchester, NY.

Back in her professional days, Roger Goodell’s wife Jane Skinner has worked at multiple television stations as a general reporter across the country including stops in St. Louis, Milwaukee, Portland, ME and New York City.  Portland, ME is an interesting career stop for Jane Skinner.  The family continues to own a beach house in Coastal Maine, a short drive from the Portland station.  Goodell reportedly had a few rough interactions with jilted Patriots fans following the baseless Tom Brady suspension.  Not that we advocate it, but we get it.  Jane ultimately finished her career as the host of Happening Now, a midday talk show on Fox News.

Marquise Goodwin’s wife Morgan Goodwin went into premature labor on November 13. Tragically, they lost the baby. Marquise found out a few hours before a game against the Giants. His coach, Kyle Shanahan, immediately told him it was okay not to play. However, Marquise said he wanted to play. According to Kyle in the Daily Mail, “He was hurting but he was adamant he wanted to play.” Since Shanahan gave him the choice, he said okay. After the game, Shanahan praised Marquise for his courage and dedication. Marquise also scored a huge 83-yard touchdown!

Morgan began to experience complications the night before. Marquise Goodwin’s wife struggled. She wrote in a public post on social media that the week took an emotional toll on her and Marquise. Morgan said she struggled to keep the baby safe in her womb. She said Marquise “scored his son a touchdown.” After he reached the end zone, you can see him kneel down, cross himself, and touch his head to the ground. Morgan asked everyone to let them mourn in peace and not call their phone. They only revealed the pregnancy on September 19 too. Morgan showed a picture of the baby in an echocardiogram on that date.

“Best birthday present ever.”

Morgan said finding out she was pregnant was the best birthday present ever. On June 25, the couple visited The Bahamas, but they did not stop vacation time after that. All throughout early July, they visited Egypt. In fact, Marquise Goodwin’s wife shared a photo of herself in front of The Great Pyramid of Giza on Independence Day. Since bringing a dog to Egypt is a hassle, they left their small dog London at home. In March, they traveled to Jamaica. Morgan posted a picture of the couple swimming underwater. A day later, she shared a photo of Marquise smiling and signing to become a San Francisco player.

Despite the 2017 tragedy, Marquise Goodwin’s wife insists they won’t stop fighting. It is noteworthy that, according to Bleacher Report, Morgan is the one who encouraged Marquise to play after they lost their son. He told the radio station The Game radio station 95.7 “she insisted that I go play in the game because he she understood my team needed me.” Lastly, he posted a picture of his wife on social media and told everyone what she represents. He said when we look at her, we are looking at strength, courage, and resiliency.

Fast Forward to 2020

The story ends on a good note, when Marquise Goodwin’s wife welcomed their daughter into the world in February, 2020.

Marquise is clearly a proud dad, and ready to put all his efforts into being the best father he can be.  Marae Goodwin was born February 2020.  The family is complete and is nothing short of elated to share their joy with the world.

Joe Burrow’s girlfriend Olivia Holzmacher was notably absent from the 2020 NFL draft.

But, a lot of girlfriends were, right?

Oh for sure.  2020 is a weird world.  And, the 2020 NFL Draft was a perfect microcosm of what we’ve all been dealing with since mid March.  The broadcast began with the news most everyone knew.  It was the worst kept “secret” in the world that Joe Burrow was going #1 overall to his local Bengals team.  In a COVID Quarantine world, the draft was more intimate than we were ever accustomed to seeing.  So, many, including us, expected Joe Burrow’s girlfriend to be a front and center

In a tender family moment however, Joe Burrow’s girlfriend Olivia Holzmacher was left on the sidelines.  Whether the NFL, or ESPN, or the Bengals, or Joe’s agents called the shot to curate the image here, it was an intimate moment with Joe, mom and dad.

What is the next chapter?  Typical route is moving in together, into engagement, marriage, kids, and general taking over the world.  Hopefully for him and the loyal Bengals fans, that next chapter takes place in Cincinnati.

Now as for Olivia?  She came into the picture when Joe was at Ohio State.  She graduated there in 2019, as a Data Analytics major.  Given the currency of data in 2020, she’ll have a lucrative career no matter where she winds up.  So staying close to home isn’t the worst thing.  And in the data analytics world of sports in 2020, not the worst thing for Joe to have at home either!

The first lady of LSU is about to take over as the Queen of the Queen City.  Cincinnati has needed a winner for a long time.  And now they have a winning first couple.

This one came as a surprise, because man, we’ve come a long way.  Nothing like breaking news on your own snapchat that you’re dating one of the three best basketball players in the world.  BlackSportsOnline found out about the snaps and hunted her down.  Cassandra is friends with Doc Rivers’ daughter, Callie Rivers.   She played volleyball with Callie at Florida.  Clearly having a penchant for sunshine and attractive people, Cassandra has flipped coasts.  She currently works as a realtor in California for Berkshire Hathaway.  BSO seems to indicate they’ve known each other for a while, so maybe this one sticks?

Regardless, we echo their sentiments:

This is the latest entry in the Kevin Durant girlfriend listing.  Their pairing was first brought to public attention in March, 2017, when Durant went down with his MCL injury.  TerezOwens cited a source saying they had been together all season.  The validity of the rumor was quickly shot down, when BlackSportsOnline put the pieces together that they did not meet until the All Star Game, and even then was strictly professional.  Amassing nearly 400k Instagram followers, and modeling a Kevin Durant uniform made it a fun pairing.  Alas, fake rumors and unconfirmed pairings are part of the life for professional athletes.

Now, the internet seems to chirp that KD and Jasmine may wind up getting married.  Whether or not there’s any truth to that certainly remains to be seen.  But as we previously noted, KD has a fascination with rings, and included Monica Wright in this passion project.  Let me summarize why that relationship did not work out: he wasn’t totally feeling it. He told GQ that he loved her but not in the right way.   Honestly?  Good for him.  How can you not respect someone for making that decision before the wedding, and things go sour.  I respect that move.

Dai Frazier is a young, fantastically attractive woman who comes from Washington D.C. At least, she calls DC her hometown. However, that seems to be in question from one of her friends. I refer to a recent post Dai put up where her friend from Dallas jokingly insisted she represent Dallas as her home town team. This suggests she spent some time in the Texas city. Regardless, Terez Owens first broke the story of them dating. Mr. Durant is an old hand at this by now.

Based on what TO’s source said, Kevin introduced Dai to his mother. If you know about Kevin Durant’s girlfriend at the moment, you likely also know about Kevin’s mother. They made a movie about the lady! She’s like the darling of Lifetime channel. So let’s talk a bit more about Dai’s daily activities. She regularly posts modeling shots on her social media. They look legit too. She sometimes appears in New York City, which I recognize by sight pretty quickly. She also attended the movie premier of The Space Between Us. That happened in Los Angeles.

Like we said from the jump.  There have been plenty of other names tossed around as rumored companions for the star.  Ashley Champ was rumored to have been his girlfriend somewhere between Monica Wright and Jasmine Shine.  Also, filed under the “Fun Celeb Pairing,” category land Letoya Luckett and Chantel Jeffries.  Neither one was ever confirmed, but were at one time linked to KD.

Kevin Durant has everything going for him.  Maybe settling down, and having a wife and kids isn’t on his radar right now.  Whatever his choice, we respect it.  If he ever does settle down, we’ll have it right here.

What a strange journey it’s been for Bryce Harper’s wife Kayla Harper.  And that was before signing on the dotted line for $330,000,000.

Let’s go back and talk about what used to happen.

Bryce Harper and Kayla Varner spent years doting on one another across social media platforms. From tweets to each other, and then retweets of the other, it was very apparent that Kayla Varner was the only woman in his life.

Bryce Harper’s girlfriend Kayla Varner first grabbed the mainstream internet’s attention when the couple’s engagement pictures were put up on their photographers blog (and since removed). The pictures saw Bryce and Kayla pictured around various DC landmarks draped in the American flag.

January 2015 was the date that the three day wedding was set to take place.  The January wedding worked well for the woman who was to be Bryce Harper’s wife.  Ohio State’s winter break afforded enough time to marry the biggest baseball star on the planet. Varner plays soccer for the Lady Buckeyes, after transferring from BYU.

And then,……

But then something happened.  And neither one of the very public lovers spoke publicly about it (hey, I get it, no judgement). The much ballyhooed wedding did not take place. When you dug a little deeper, you realized that the two were no longer following one another.  The last mention of the other was right after Varner’s bridal shower in November.

So what happened exactly? Well, Bryce went on to become NL MVP. Then Bryce Harper’s wife (now her wife) celebrated Christmas separately, and clearly had other plans for the start to 2015. Harper & Varner went their separate ways like so many couples do, and life moves on for them.  Fans of the couple quietly wept into our drinks and wistfully pine for the return of true love in America.

Chin up hopeful America, because there were hints of a reconciliation. The Washington Post picked up on the potentially happy news:

Clearly love always finds a way.  By the 2016 season, Bryce and Kayla resumed their very public affection.  Pictures of the other have been cropping up on the other’s social media page.  And yes, that is a gigantic rock on Bryce Harper’s girlfriend’s finger.

Alex Smith’s wife Elizabeth Smith is the mother of their three children, Hudson, Hayes and Sloane. Sloane is the youngest and newest addition to the family. She arrived on February 4th of 2016. Since that time, Sloane appeared in two Halloween costumes on Liz’s social media feed. The first costume was a lamb. The second was Wonder Woman. In fact, for 2017’s Halloween, the entire family dressed as super heroes and villains. The Smiths do more than dress up as heroes too. They support a charity called Hope House! The charity focuses on victims of domestic violence abuse. Elizabeth often mentions the charity on her social media pages.

Elizabeth also appeared on the Kansas City Star website in October of 2016. A news meteorologist and Chiefs fan commented about her husband. The meteorologist, Gary Lezak, compared a backup quarterback’s success in an unfavorable light to Alex Smith. He made the comparison just minutes after Alex suffered an injury. A worried Elizabeth responded. Alex Smith’s wife told Gary to do everyone a favor and stick with what he knows. After that, Gary apologized. Elizabeth thanked him for the apology. She explained she felt worried after the injury. Considering she didn’t know the extent of the injury, it’s understandable why she snapped at him.

In January of 2017, Alex Smith’s wife shared photos of their entire family when they met former President Barack Obama. She told her followers that the Obama family sacrificed and served the nation. Since the couple married in March of 2009, their family grew. She said she loves to make memories with her crazy boys during a 2015 trip to Hawaii. At that time, of course, daughter Sloane hadn’t yet arrived. The family also loves to go to Kansas City Royals games. The entire clan dresses in hats and jerseys for baseball games.

In an in-depth ESPN article from 2009, Alex Smith’s wife talked about a tragedy Alex endured during a 2008 training camp. His best friend committed suicide. He blamed himself for the loss, according to her. Elizabeth talked about the grieving process that Alex needed to go through. She said he didn’t have time to fully experience it. The article also mentioned they gave tribute to his friend at their wedding. Elizabeth admitted they both cried about it at the wedding. She lost her uncle very close to the wedding date too. She said it was a new year and a new season. Elizabeth also said it was time to move forward.

Andy Dalton’s wife Jordan Dalton married him July 9, 2011. Jordan gave birth to their son, Noah, in 2014. They welcomed their second son, Nash Dalton in 2017, though he had a rough go at the start winding up in NICU for a period of time.  Things certainly worked out, and their a happy family of four nowadays.

Andy loves to post pictures of his son. Before training camp started, Andy made it a point to spend as much time as he could with Jordan and Noah. Besides that, he posted a picture of him and Jordan kissing on their wedding day. He put it up because it was their five-year anniversary.  Andy called her a “loving, kind, caring, generous, godly, beautiful girl.”   His Instagram feed is a continuous feed of his perfect American family.  He has every reason to be proud.

Andy and Jordan had been dating for a while at TCU (Texas Christian University) together before marrying. Actually, after seeing their wedding website, this couple goes down for having the largest wedding party I’ve ever seen with 9 Bridesmaids/Maids of Honor, 11, groomsmen/best men, 5 ushers, and 3 house parties. I don’t even know what the hell a house party is. The couple also cleaned up on their registries at Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Dillards and Bed, Bath & Beyond. Andy and Jordan’s wedding party actually exceeds Joe Flacco’s wedding party. That was so epic he basically fielded an entire offensive football team.

On Jordan’s social media feed, it’s even more pictures of the kid. She tries to do everything she can to give him fun activities. Both Jordan and Noah video call Andy when he’s out of town. That way, they can hang out a bit more. I have to admit, their kid is really cute. Andy Dalton’s wife smiles those deep, happy smiles in all of her pictures. You can tell she loves her life. Andy and Jordan recently participated in an event to help prevent human trafficking.

Back before kids

From what I can see, Andy and Jordan also traveled to Hawaii in June of 2016. They did not bring the kid. It seems that the couple left Noah with the grandparents. Andy Dalton’s wife mentioned the grandparents a few times in her social media. They’re probably also totally crazy about their grandson. The pictures Jordan put up on her social media were indeed impressive. They featured tropical palms, blue ocean waters, and a huge mountain with a sunset background. She then proceeded to reference some biblical psalms. So yeah- she’s a religious lady. Each touchdown pass is a gift from God, I declare!

Andy Dalton’s wife Jordan Jones was the impetus for a very unexpected answer to an interview question. In a pre-draft interview with Sports Illustrated, Andy was asked a very simple, almost flippant question, “What’s your favorite hobby?”

Andy’s answer? Spending time with Jordan.

If you’re a longtime reader of this site, or you’re one of the unfortunate people who happen to know the guys running this site, then you know that we’re both married. We obviously both love our wives, and let’s not kid ourselves, we’d be lost without them. There’s no debate about that. However, even if it’s true, neither one of us would ever admit so when posed with that question.

We talked about what we would say if asked our favorite hobby. The two answers? Making money and drinking. Impressed with us, right?

So apparently Andy Dalton is more comfortable, and way less of a capitalistic dick or problem drinker than either one of us. That shouldn’t be any surprise. After all, Andy is a successful NFL quarterback and we just run a blog writing about successful NFL quarterbacks and their wives. That said, if either of us were married to Andy Dalton’s wife – that might change how we felt.

Mitchell Trubisky’s girlfriend Hillary Gallagher has been revealed in a big way!  These two first went social media official in the offseason. Because if there’s one thing we know, it’s that relationships aren’t real in 2019, until they hit the ‘gram, that’s the easiest start date to their relationship.  Mitch took to Instagram to make the declaration at the Bears Gala in May.  For her part, Hillary went Insta Official in February.  And while there was some noise that trickled out when that happened, it was nothing like the tidal wave when Mitchell went live.

On the eve of the 2019 training camp, Hillary took to Instagram to let Mitchell know she appreciated their offseason together.  And, if you had the offseason they had, you’d appreciate it too.  Their summer haf plenty of time at the beach, including a trip to Turks and Caicos, seemed to be a regular theme.  They also attended a number of weddings together.  And seriously, who doesn’t love weddings?  They’re the best!

More about Hillary Gallagher:

Mitchell Trubisky’s girlfriend is a Florida State student.  She was once Coed’s girl of the day, though clearly has designs beyond Instagram modeling.  She’s set to graduate from FSU School of Business this fall, and just recently wrapped up an internship with Sherwin Williams.   She wants to pursue a career in marketing after graduation, which is a nice change of pace.  It would be incredibly easy to sit back and enjoy the spoils of being with an NFL QB, but she’s going to establish her own life and career.  Kudos to Hillary.  Way to break the mold!
