Turns out, Google thought it was her!

The thing about that is: it’s very easy to see why people could be under that false impression. Ryan hangs out with his sisters a lot. That includes his younger sister, Erin, who just graduated high school. I mean, this guy hangs out with his sisters more than any professional athlete I’ve seen in a long time. They go to a ton of his races and take pictures with him. They go hang out and watch movies together. They’re a close-knit family. So let’s talk about his Ryan Blaney’s sister, Emma.

While she might show up on Google for the phrase “Ryan Blaney’s girlfriend”, Emma Blaney actually has a husband, and a son named Louie.  Ryan is a VERY proud uncle, constantly bragging about his little buddy.  Now, with the whole Google thing, Ryan Blaney’s sister actually tried warning him on Twitter.  Ryan started to say he’d wished it was Danica Patrick who was mistaken for his girlfriend and not his sister. Emma told him he’d “better watch it! You gonna get in trooouble!” That’s a cute way of telling him that Danica is more than taken.  At the time it was Ricky Stenhouse Jr.  Now it just so happens to be Aaron Rodgers.  I completely understand all of this too. I mean, who wouldn’t want to date Danica Patrick? She’s awesome

Ryan Blaney’s sister Emma Blaney still remains a huge supporter of her brother. She’s all over social media blasting out tweets any time he does something noteworthy.

And as for Ryan Blaney’s other sister?

Well turns out dating around the track runs in the family.  Turns out Ryan Blaney’s sister Erin Blaney is dating fellow driver William Byron.  Ryan found out on his way to a driver’s meeting, but held the ace in his sleeve to use against his competitor and sister later on.  NBC Sports has the story:

“Oh gosh,” Byron said when recently told how Ryan Blaney had learned the news. “Man. No wonder he raced me so hard that day. I should have handled that better.”

Though somewhat upset to have learned secondhand, Blaney resisted the temptation of immediately telling Byron he knew, saving it for a card game later (“It was a little awkward that he actually brought it up first,” Byron said.).

“I really wanted to mess with him before the race and really tell him that I slyly figured it out, but I didn’t,” Blaney said. “I texted Erin first, ‘I think you forgot to tell me some news.’

“I mean, people always ask me, ‘Are you mad that Will is dating your sister?’ I don’t care, she’s 22 and can do whatever she wants. And I like him. So it’s all good.”

Love is in the air.  Just not for Ryan Blaney’s girlfriend!

George Kittle’s wife Claire Kittle is an adored woman.  I mean, it’s something to behold really.  And, we mean that in a really positive way.  We’ve been covering the wives and girlfriends of professional athletes for 11 years now.  And while there are plenty of rock solid relationships out there, social media has made things complicated.  Sometimes overly complicated.  But, when it comes to George Kittle’s wife, he let’s there be absolutely zero doubt.

What do we mean when we talk about complicated social media?  Well, there are layers.  Many types of guys hand their social media accounts over to their business team; agents, managers, jobs for people in their crew, etc.  They have nothing to do with it, outside of attaching their name to it, and allowing the occasional picture.  Some social media accounts are super personal.  They provide insight like what they ate for dinner, or what little league team their kid plays for.  Those types of social media are just a little tone deaf.  While we certainly appreciate the insight to their daily lives, it’s no different than anyone’s friend who stays on Instagram or Facebook too much.   Some dudes strike enough of a balance between professional and personal, but you’ll note a distinct lack of mention of their dating life.  Why?  Because Instagram is far more reliable and consistent for hooking up than Tinder.

But, when it comes to George Kittle, the perfect balance is struck.  Professional updates, personal insight, and a consistent love letter to his wife?  Need more proof, look below:

Just these four posts alone, she’s referred to as his queen, wife, Claire bear, and best friend.  I’ve been married to my wife for 9 years and I’m not this nice to her, ESPECIALLY not in public.  Cool stuff to see.

A surprise wedding

George Kittle’s wife officially took that title in April, 2019.  As George pointed out, it was certainly a bit of a surprise.  Especially when you consider that for a period of time, there was a publicly visible wedding registry to Anthropologie with a May, 2020 wedding date.  Some dudes just can’t wait for it.  George previously proposed to Claire in August of 2018.

George and Claire met while at Iowa together.  He was taking over the gridiron, but Claire was a star in her own right.  George Kittle’s wife was a basketball player for the Lady Hawkeyes.  She graduated in 2016 with a degree in Human Physiology.  Now, let’s be clear.  As much as George loves Claire, she’s just as involved in her public admiration for her husband.  Her Insta is the same flow of love and couple posed pictures.

The 49ers are an easy to root for team in 2020, and this couple is an easy to root for couple.  We hope they keep kicking ass and dominating the professional athlete relationship game!

Jaylen Brown’s girlfriend Jacqueline Hawileh started turning heads around the 2019 NBA All Star Weekend.

Now, we’re not saying that Jaylen Brown’s girlfriend was at All-Star weekend, because of course, Jaylen wasn’t there either.  But right after that break, he was elected as VP of the NBAPA.  With that election came a little more national publicity, and with that, the bells went off.  The usual sites SportsGossip.com and TerezOwens were first with the details.

Back to Jaylen Brown’s girlfriend!

The woman reported to be Jaylen Brown’s girlfriend is a celebrity in her own right.   We’ll touch on why we say reported in a moment.  Jacqueline Hawileh is an Instagram model claiming 18,000 followers.   She is not prolific spamming and flooding Instagram with new posts.  It’s kind of a nice change of pace from the average Instagram model.  She does love a good IG story, but hey, who doesn’t??

There’s not a ton of evidence about the two of them as a couple.   Like we mentioned, there was first news of this around the All Star break.  But beyond that not a ton.  Jacqueline does have one post where she’s posing from outside a lower level tunnel at a Celtics game.  But that’s about the extent of it.

SportsGossip was tipped off to the relationship, and has one shot of the two of them partnered up.

Hey, you say reported.  What’s up with that?

Right.  We’re not entirely sure this relationship exists now, existed then, or ever existed at all.  That cuts both ways.  It may have for sure.  But, it’s impossible to tell.  This is hung up on one reader tip to a sports blog, and one picture together.  And, maybe one Celtics game she went to.  They both have a carefully manufactured social media presence, likely either guided, or straight up managed by a third party.  Neither has any evidence of the other, outside of reciprocating follows.  Jacqueline’s Facebook lists her a single, so that can’t be completely ignored.

Are they together?  We certainly can’t tell for sure.

Drew Brees’ wife Brittany Brees gave birth to three sons and a daughter. As each of the couple’s three previous children was a boy, Brittany finally has some company with the fourth child installment coming in the female variety. They named their kids Rylen, Callen, Bowen, and Baylen. I have to say, I don’t like any of those names. I would have rather they named their kids Seven, Ballin’, Clappin’, and Brewin’. But hey, that’s just me. I guess when you win a Super Bowl, you start to want things in sets.

Brittany said that she’s a “gatekeeper.” She said, “You’re protecting your husband, you’re making sure no added stress is put onto his plate. So you’re making sure everyone has hotel rooms, everyone has tickets, everyone is happy.” So basically she’s a travel agent? She went on to say she pretends that nothing is wrong and things are just an average day during a Super Bowl. She then added that inside she just wants to throw up. There’s a lot of nervous energy when your husband is going to the Super Bowl. That was back in 2010 when the Saints won against the Colts.

A look at Drew Brees on social media paints a picture of a family man, and her wife is everywhere with him and their kids. Drew Brees’ wife met him in college, and they have been inseparable ever since. They bring their kids to places like the driving range, the beach, and frozen yogurt shops. Their favorite place to go is a cheap sandwich shop chain in their neighborhood. Brittany makes Drew healthy food, but he indulges sometimes after a workout. The whole family even met the triple crown winner, American Pharaoh last year in 2015. Drew said he had a very calm demeanor. He’s a champ, Drew, he’s got nothing to prove.

The fear of the concussion

Now Brittany Brees has been there through everything.  The ups and downs, the championships, and the high draft pick seasons.  You’d think that Drew would be an open book with his wife of nearly 15 years.   And she is,…. for almost everything.  Drew is obviously concerned about his wife worrying about him.  Hey, no one wants their spouse to worry.  But if it came to a football related concussion, Drew Brees wife would be left in the dark.  People.com recounts the story as described on the Dan Patrick Show.

In an interview with Dan Patrick on the Thursday, the New Orleans Saints quarterback said he wouldn’t want his wife, Brittany Brees, to worry about him.

When Patrick asked Brees if he would tell his wife if he got his “bell rung” in a game, he replied, “No.”

Drew Brees began dating girlfriend Brittany Dudchenko in his sophmore year at Purdue. The couple were married shortly thereafter and had their first child on January 15, 2009. Their son, Baylen Robert Brees was born on his father’s 30th birthday. Baylen was followed by Bowen Christopher Brees, Callen Christian Brees and finally by daughter Rylen Judith Brees.

Drew Brees and his wife Brittany are becoming increasingly known for their charitable endeavors. They recently gave $2,000,000 to Purdue to help enhance Purdue’s athletic programs. Though they were both in San Diego, their efforts in New Orleans to help rebuild the city ravaged by Hurricane Katrina has been astounding. Brees was the first major free agent to sign with the Saints and has pledged to do all he can to help inspire people to return to the city. They now currently live in an affluent neighborhood with Archie Manning.

Dwane Casey’s wife Brenda Casey is the mom to the Raptors’ coach two kids.  Justine and Zachary were born in 2008 and 2011 respectively.  Dwane was already deep into his coaching career, serving as an assistant coach in Dallas when both kids were born.

Heading North of the Border

Since his time in Dallas, Dwane has moved to Toronto as the head coach.  Since Dwane has become the king of the North, this pretty much makes the Casey’s the first family.  And, now, the family really does enjoy living in the city of Toronto, it seems. Dwane has said Toronto is the best NBA city ahead of other cities like New York (which he ranked second), Dallas, and Los Angeles. I’m not sure how I feel about that, but I do know Brenda is enjoying her life as a mom and NBA wife.

In an interview with the Toronto Star, Dwane said that his wife Brenda would say he cries any time he goes to the movies. I think that’s a pretty powerful statement, especially for an NBA coach. You cry every time you go to the movies, ey? Brenda married an emotional guy, I guess. It was actually a fairly revealing interview: Dwane said his biggest regret was not being able to save Eddie Griffin from dying (he died in a car crash and led a hectic life). That’s pretty intense, and a tip of the iceburg in a fascinating read.

Anyway, what can we say about Brenda– she’s a very nice lady who was one of the three ice bucket-dumpers in Dwane’s ice bucket challenge. She made him come back so Zach could dump his little bucket of ice on him after the main ice dump. Brenda is also a sports marketing executive (or she used to be) and one of her clients was Ben Wallace. Basketball runs deep in the family.  Dwane Casey’s wife played for much of her life, so she understands it as well as any coach’s wife. Brenda certainly seems like the ideal coach wife and mom with that kind of background.

Brad Keselowski’s wife Paige White gave birth to the couple’s first child in May of 2015.  Their second daughter was born in late 2019.    As a father to three children under the age of six, I can tell you how emotionally draining even the healthiest of babies can be.  Shortly after their daughter Scarlett’s birth, the couple realized the worst of any new parent’s fears.  Scarlett was diagnosed with a potentially fatal condition.  According to a specialist, their daughter had a rare condition that would eventually prohibit her ability to breathe and eat on her own.

The couple eventually took Scarlett to the Mayo Clinic, where an emergency life saving surgery was conducted within a day of their initial visit.  Although Scarlett’s case was atypically severe, the doctors believed they could save her life through emergency surgery, which they performed the day after her diagnosis.

A new lease on life.

Brad Keselowski’s wife was able to take her daughter home from the hospital with a new lease on life.  Their return happened to coincide with a week off from the Sprint Car Series, so Brad was there every step of the way.   Keselowski wrote on his blog

Our extended family came over to see her.  I kept thinking about how lucky we were that everything happened during an off week. And that Paige and I were in the same place when it all began. I thought about how lucky we were for the doctors at the Mayo Clinic, and that we had gotten there in time for the surgery. The whole thing was an incredible emotional roller coaster.

Keselowski frames the entire entry around his win on July 10, 2015.  That race took place less than 2 months after Scarlett’s birth, and less than a month after her life saving surgery.  It’s a beautiful entry and insight into the trauma and emotions the couple experienced.

Racing in the blood

Brad Keselowski’s wife is the daughter of a racecar driver named Louis White.  Louis spent the majority of his career on the indy circuits.  The couple married in 2017, after making it through their horrible ordeal with Scarlett.  If these two can survive that, marriage was surely an easy next step!

Martin Truex Jr’s girlfriend Sherry Pollex makes up one half of the amazing Truex/Pollex superteam.

How often do you find a couple who both have an “x” ending their last names?

The big story for Sherry is that she was diagnosed for ovarian cancer in 2014 and then announced she was cancer-free in January of 2016. Piece of cake! The fight was short but hard, as Sherry ran through the whole gamut of treatment including chemotherapy and surgery. For months, she’d been feeling bad in the summer of 2014 and visits to the doctors weren’t yielding any diagnoses. Then she went to another guy who immediately recommended a CT scan. Why didn’t they do that before? He told her right after the scan that she had cancer. The doctor told her there wasn’t time to save her eggs at all and they needed to get her in for surgery in the next few days or she would die.

Sherry Pollex says, “There was no time to think about the fact that I was devastated that I could never be a mother.” It was a brutal and violent tectonic shift for Martin Truex Jr’s girlfriend. The actual surgery removed her appendix, spleen, ovaries, fallopian tubes, and part of her stomach! She’s good to go now, though. The two of them could not be happier. They’ve been together since 2005, and the battle lasted 17 months of that time. After she beat it, Martin set up a foundation to help fight cancer.

In addition to being one of the lucky ones, Martin Truex Jr.’s girlfriend Sherry owns a posh and fashionable clothing shop in Mooresville, North Carolina that gets a lot of business around town. The name of the store is Lavendar Boutique, and I’m sure Sherry wouldn’t mind me mentioning it here. The website is cool and features a lot of the looks they sell. I’d read previously that Sherry ran a successful business and now I see why. It’s a classy place with good inventory.

Jimmie Johnson’s wife Chandra Janway Johnson is a former Wilhelmina Model. She was born as Chandra Janway on July 16, 1978.

Model turned philanthropist.

Chandra Johnson now spends her days running the Jimmie Johnson Foundation. This foundation was set up to help children, families and communities in need throughout the entire United States. In 2007, Jimmie Johnson’s Victory Lanes was opened in Randleman North Carolina. The small bowling alley was established to partner with Kyle Petty’s Victory Junction camp. Both foundations help numerous charities, including Habitat for Humanity and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Relationship through the years

Jimmie Johnson’s wife Chandra Johnson met him in 2002 when Jeff Gordon introduced the two. Chandra and Gordon knew each other through Jeff Gordon’s wife Ingrid Vandebosch. Ingrid and Chandra knew each other as they were both modeling in New York City at the time. Jimmie and Chandra began dating in 2002 and were engaged in 2003.  The couple was engaged in 2003 on a snowboarding trip, with Jimmie bringing a photographer along with him.

Jordan Spieth’s wife Annie Verret has been a popular topic ever since he burst onto the scene.  At one point PlayerWives.com was the first site on the internet to talk about her.  Since then, she’s become a golf press darling.  And, with good reason.

I get the impression he doesn’t like to say too much on the internet. He kept it short and sweet. Annie loves to go to his matches and is frequently photographed on the fairway sidelines.

After almost a decade together, Jordan said enough is enough.  During Christmas of 2017, Spieth dropped to one knee, and put a ring on it.  The couple lives together in Dallas. He just bought a home for a little over $7 million outside the city. I’m curious about this place because you can get a lot for a little down there. A $7 million price tag gets you a whole lot. I looked at pictures of the place. It includes a very impressive multi-level wooden spiral staircase. All the rooms are decorated sublimely. No doubt they found a talented interior decorator for the mansion. The outside is also very impressive because of all the sophisticated pool and waterworks. These two know how to live it up away from the links since they live in a “Dallas palace”!

Anyways, the couple tied the knot officially in front of family and friends over Thanksgiving weekend of 2018.   A ton of PGA pros made the event, including those often adjourning the top of the leaderboard like Rickie Fowler, Zach Johnson and Jason Dufner.

As a traveling couple deep in the world of professional sports.  They traveled to New York City and took in the sights and sounds before Jordan competed at Hilton Head. Jordan Spieth’s wife apparently graduated in December of 2014 from Texas Tech. He posted a picture with her in her robes. He called it an extremely successful college career. Jordan wasn’t joking. Annie maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout her time at Texas Tech. Since she’s so driven and focused, she will undoubtedly do a great job in whatever she chooses. They both have laser focus, in fact. However, they also possess a sense of humor. Jordan posted a funny video of himself trying to record a video for the PGA Tour in which he couldn’t pronounce the name of the event.

When Bubba Wallace took on the institution of the old South, he took a brave stance.  Of course, many see the confederate flag as a symbol of hate during a dark period in our history.  However, there’s still a portion of the South that views the confederate flag as a badge of honor for their heritage.  NASCAR fandom leans heavily south of the Mason Dixon border.  Yet, Bubba Wallace was ready to speak out in a controversial fashion to challenge NASCAR to remove the flag from their events.

In the wake of the George Floyd murder, the nationwide protests, and the new commitment to the Black Lives Matter movement, Bubba Wallace spoke out.  And Bubba Wallace won.

Bubba Wallace’s girlfriend is definitely proud of the efforts her boyfriend made.  Taking to social media, Amanda made it clear that she supports all of Bubba’s efforts and statements.  Bubba rolled out to the NASCAR Cup Series Blue Emu Maximum Pain Relief 500 in a custom paint job.  Continuing his activism efforts, a car decked out in Black Lives Matter took to the track at Martinsville Speedway.  The efforts continue on and off the track.

Bubba Wallace’s girlfriend is BACK!

Yes folks, that’s right.  Amanda Carter is back on pit road to celebrate the successful cup series finishes.  That wasn’t so much the case for things before late 2019 as the couple had taken a break.  Details of the breakup aren’t exactly known, but it was referred to as a “bad breakup,” which contributed to a battle with depression during the 2018 season.  The Undefeated explains more

The first two seasons were a whirlwind of emotions for Wallace, who had experienced exhilarating highs and devastating lows while balancing the pressures of driving the famed No. 43 car for Richard Petty Motorsports. Outside of that, Wallace had his own battles within. Feelings of defeat came in waves. Although there were positive moments and good races to boost morale in two seasons, there were no wins.

“There were multiple times in the 2018 season where, you know, I was down and I was trying to do everything that I can and it still wasn’t enough,” Wallace said.

Adding to an already-stressful situation, Wallace was dealing with family struggles and a bad breakup with his girlfriend, Amanda Carter (they have since rekindled their relationship). With emotions spiraling, Wallace, who still often managed to turn on his charm for the crowd, made his silent battle with depression public during a media session at Kansas Speedway in May.

With Bubba Wallace’s girlfriend back in the fold and a commitment to a socially just movement, Bubba Wallace is entering the American lexicon. And it’s all well deserved.

Justin Rose’s wife Kate Rose claims that she did not cry at her own wedding. Or during childbirth.

Wait. What?  I cried at my wedding,… and when my wife gave birth three times.  Hell, when she told me she was pregnant.  How does this work?

But Kate Rose admits to crying when her husband Justin Rose earned a gold medal at the 2016 Olympics. Many people wonder why golf was even added to the Olympics in the first place. I suppose this is as good of a reason as any. Adding golf opens up the Gold medal earning population significantly. Justin Rose’s mother Annie Rose also was very proud of her son. She watched every hole, along with Kate.

Justin Rose’s wife Kate Rose (formerly Phillips) is no slouch in the sports field herself. In a prior life, she was an acrobatic gymnast before she met Justin. Once she met Justin she gave up gymnastics and devoted her life to him and the crazy traveling lifestyle of professional golfer. After bursting onto the scene as an amateur Justin turned pro only to find difficulties establishing himself as a top tier player. However, things seemed to change once Justin met and settled down with Kate; his entire game evolved and he is now considered one of the world’s best players.

Harold Varner’s girlfriend Amanda is being fairly well protected from the greater reach of the internet.  And, for Amanda’s sake, it’s probably a good thing.

Which one do you want first?  How or why?

Let’s start with how, first.  Harold Varner’s girlfriend exists, that much we know.  In fact, Amanda is about to don the title of Harold Varner’s wife.  The two are scheduled to be married in September, 2020.  But, given how the world is retreating from large gatherings in a post COVID world, that remains to be seen.  Now, Harold Varner III’s girlfriend has been given the girlfriend treatment on Instagram.  There’s the occasional dedication post, but it’s not that often.  Varner clearly loves and appreciates his girlfriend.  And when you take a look at the scenery, it’s clear why.

Harold is definitely careful to not tag Amanda.  We’d venture to say that not exposing a girlfriends user name is probably a really safe move.  But when it comes to Harold Varner’s girlfriend, it’s probably as smart as it is safe.

Right, right.  Harold Varner’s girlfriend brings up a very specific search result when you Google the topic.  Amanda’s car (and subsequently Amanda) is being blamed for a disastrous 2018 performance.  All because Harold’s clubs got bent in the trunk of her car on a long drive to an event.  Golf Digest explains more.

Daniel Berger’s girlfriend Victoria Slater is a Florida native that also looks like a model.

But hold on.  We don’t know if she’s like a model model.

I don’t know if she works regularly or just chills out by the pool. If she shoots magazine covers and spreads, it wouldn’t surprise me at all since she always looks fab. I do know she models for photographers but I don’t know the scale of work. Recently, she traveled to Calavera Mountain to climb it and do some hiking and running. Then she hit Beverly Hills to shop. That’s her style. She loves to be outdoors and loves to keep her body trim so she can glide into sleek fashions. She also is no stranger to swinging the golf club around. The couple shared a golf outing recently.

Dan and Tori (her preferred handle) reside in beautiful Jupiter, Florida. The couple own a charming chocolate Labrador named Kai. They both post pictures of the young pup since he himself could probably model for a dog magazine. I don’t actually know if dog models exist, but someone put Kai in contact with a dog agent! Daniel Berger’s girlfriend loves to take Kai outside and play with him. Her daily motto is to eat well, move daily, and love your body. Those are simple instructions and help her feel great and look great.

College Sweethearts

After she attended Marian High School in Bloomfield Hills, MI, Colleen met future husband Rob Manfred while attending Le Moyne College. Rob attended the school for two years before transferring to Cornell, whereas Colleen graduated from the school in 1980. Rob was ultimately given an honorary degree from Le Moyne in 2010. She later moved on to obtain and MBA from George Washington University. Rob and Colleen Manfred (formerly Colleen Feely) have four grown children, Megan, Mike, Jane, and Mary. The Manfred’s currently reside in Tarrytown, New York – but no word if the new gig as commish of the greatest game on earth will require relocation.

Staying away from Social

The Manfred’s have done a great job minimizing their social media exposure, which is probably the right move for a sitting commissioner. Outside a couple of marriage notices for their children, there isn’t a ton known about the Manfred family of six. One of the concerns lobbed about Manfred was his parallels to Selig in his discomfort with the public spotlight. IN this day and age of constant exposure, it will be interesting to watch the evolution of the man ruling a game in desperate need of some polish and modernization. Is Kyrie Irving’s girlfriend Chantel Jeffries back?

Have you heard the name Chantel Jeffries before?  Well, it probably rings a bell for us, because we’ve seen her name over and over linked to professional athletes.  While the voracity of reports hasn’t been confirmed, we’ve seen rumors of her linked to guys like Kevin Durant, Johnny Manziel, and DeSean Jackson.  Worst of all?  Bieber.

But, much like some of those names, it’s not entirely clear how long these two dated for, if they ever even did.  Chantel Jeffries is a famous enough model to see her name floated in various rumors.  Beyond a few gossip site posts, it’s unclear if there ever was anything here a few years back.

Fast forward to the 2018 offseason, and Kyrie had a date night with Chantel.  The two were affectionate as they went to see the Incredibles 2.  This was their second public showing together after previously going to a club opening in early June.  So are these two now official?  Well folks, there’s only one way to find out. They asked her some light questions designed to inspire her creativity. She said she would travel back to the 1950’s if she had a time machine.  Gotta be inspired by Back to the Future, right?

Kyrie Irving’s girlfriend now resides in Los Angeles, as I mentioned above. She also mentioned she held back her tears for Steph’s wedding. However, she wasn’t talking about Stephen Curry because he married in 2011. She said she was a bridesmaid so I think she just meant she attended her friend Stephanie’s wedding and had to hold back tears.

Anyway, Kyrie Irving’s girlfriend might to move to Boston now.  According to reports, this couple may be coming up on a year together.  If she wants to spend any significant time with him at all, it seems like the best option. Otherwise, they will almost never see each other since she lives in Los Angeles. Gabrielle strikes me as something of an emotional person. She frequently shares melodramatic posts on social media. For example, she mentioned in her last post in May that she pours all her love into relationships with friends and family and often neglects herself. Gabrielle then stated things were about to get very real on her social media and suggested people to unfollow her if they weren’t really interested in her as a person. That was her last post! No more drama shares?

Kyrie Irving’s girlfriend Kehlani Parrish is a legitimate R&B talent. When things were good, they were great.  He said that nothing else matters when he’s with her (what about your NBA career?). Irving then said that’s when he knew he had someone special, and her response was that he’d shown her so much in so little time and restored her faith in a lot of things. Oh boy, we were dealing with some romance writers.

Here’s where things get less romantic. Kyrie Irving’s girlfriend Kehlani Parrish was accused of cheating on the Cavs star after some Instagram sleuthing found her back with an ex boyfriend.  The two split, and what was once a public romance became a semi-public split.  Kehlani was so devestated by the rumors that she went to Instagram to announce that she “wanted to leave this earth.” Kehlani reportedly attempted suicide by slashing her wrists after a rough day on the Internet accusing her of infidelity. Heavy stuff, and a reminder of how dangerous things can be.

Kyrie Irving has a laundry list of other girls linked to him.  A model named Natalia Garibotto was one of the first women we saw attached to Kyrie, and in our book, remains the best.  Stunning, interesting, and I doubt she’s ever even met Bieber.  The couple was together around 2014, though again, the timeline gets fuzzy with the more recent and dramatic relationships.

Kyrie was once linked to Doc Rivers daughter, in late 2014, though that was never confirmed.  Neither Kyrie or Callie Rivers ever commented or posted about it on social media.  He’s also been linked to others, and has been through a paternity suit with a woman named Andrea Wilson.

Denny Hamlin’s wife Jordan Fish is the mother of their two kids.  While Jordan was pregnant, she referred to their older daughter Taylor as a big sister in training. Well, folks, training is over.

Denny Hamlin’s wife Jordan gave birth to their second daughter in 2017.

Molly Hamily was born on August 15th, shortly after these two crazy kids tied the knot.  Jordan gave birth to Taylor in 2013, which makes her four years old. Interestingly, Jordan formerly danced for the Honeybees. They are the cheerleaders for the Charlotte Hornets. I believe she maintains a lot of the friendships from her dancing days too! She recently thanked a group of lovely ladies for her support about her business. Jordan started this business in April of 2016. I’ll tell you about it below. The family resides in Charlotte, North Carolina since it’s very convenient for the NASCAR lifestyle.

In addition to working as a full-time mother, Jordan also runs a company called Kustom Klutch. The company designs and manufactures handmade bags. She sells them in various stores in and around Charlotte. Since the company is brand new as of April, 2016, she is still organizing how best to sell the products. Denny Hamlin’s wife congratulated some friends of hers who are starting a boutique in Charlotte, and she also mentioned the boutique will sell her bags. It sounds like a smart business plan. It’s good to know people in the same business who you can work with!

Never forgetting her roots!!

Naturally, Denny Hamlin’s wife Jordan enjoys Charlotte Hornets games. Last year, the family went to a game. The referee gave their daughter the game ball to hold for a picture, and Jordan shared the moment on social media. Jordan really is a beautiful woman, and every selfie she posts reinforces that fact. I believe she will be successful with her new business since she understands fashion. She even posted on social media that her company is hiring new employees. That’s an exciting step to take. Jordan even attends fashion shows to keep up with the latest styles!

Sam Darnold’s girlfriend before the NFL was a girl named Claire Kirksey.  But, the real question is this.  Is Sam Darnold’s girlfriend still Claire Kirksey?  Claire was a college student and sorority member at Long Beach State. Of course, at a moment’s notice she will cheer for the great USC. After all, it’s home to a fantastic film program. When we first wrote about the relationship, it was all relatively new. Since Sam’s last girlfriend came from high school, he then began his first committed relationship from college. The name of his ex-girlfriend from high school is Summer. She also now attends San Diego State. However, that’s neither here nor there. She’s ancient history. Let’s talk a bit about Claire… and the 30.25 Million Dollar Question

Did Sam Darnold’s girlfriend move to the Big Apple with him?

Great question, PlayerWives.com.  Well, first a little history.  Claire first showed up in Sam’s social media feed back in November of 2016. The same is true in her social media feed. There was some question about her pictures with another fella named Derek, but pretty clear he is their friend. Sam Darnold’s girlfriend mentioned that Derek “gets her” on her social media in a picture where he hugged her from behind. She looked elated in the picture, but I guess they were only kidding since Sam also knows him and hangs out with him. It’s no matter at all because Super Sam is here to rescue Claire! Now, the relationship seemed strong through at least October of 2018.  The couple was seen having a blast together at a concert.  In March of 2017 Claire said it’s hard not to have fun with Sam. They went to Indian Wells in May and strutted around in bathing suits.

As for a move to  the Big Apple?  Well that’s impossible to say.  Not much on the gram to answer that one either way, nor have there been any stories since the concert.  She’s got the Instagram account of an upcoming IG model.  Lots of sun, drinking and hanging out with friends.  God, being in your 20s is fun.  But, there’s been nothing to suggest she’s doing anything other than enjoying the hell out of her time with friends.  Certainly no apartment hunting, or pics from Jets camp anyways.  We will see if Claire starts showing up in the Wives & Girlfriends box.  That’s the real test.

Like we mentioned, Sam Darnold’s girlfriend hangs out and drinks with her friends and her boyfriend just like any other college student. She proclaimed August 17 the best night of the entire summer of 2017. They apparently attended a concert at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles. She proclaimed it the best night of the summer since they also met Sam Hunt, the singer-songwriter who they went to see there. Sam also took Claire to some event called the Blue Martini Ball in June of 2017. She said they like to “party with the old people.”

You can’t find a more tried and true NASCAR WAG than Aric Almirola’s wife Janice Goss Almirola.

Aric Almirola’s wife Janice first came into the picture in 2005.  The couple met while Aric ran several NASCAR Camping World Truck Series races for Morgan Dollar Motorsports. Janice Gross’ father, Randy Goss, a champion NASCAR pit crew chief, apparently knew the two were a perfect match. He introduced Aric Almirola and Janice Gross on the track at the event. That’s what dad’s are for, right?

Aric Almirola and Janice Gross began dating shortly thereafter and were engaged to be married in November 2009. The Cuban Missile apparently stayed out of the wedding planning process, and only voiced his opinion in on the big stuff. And on December 11th, 2010, the couple tied the knot in a ceremony attended by close friends and family in Huntersville, N.C., with a reception afterwards in nearby Mooresville.

And baby makes three…. and four!

Since then, the NASCAR family has grown. On September 5th, 2012, their baby boy, Alex Almirola was born. According to Aric Almirola’s twitter account, it was the “Best day of my life! Better than any trophy or accomplishment.” And on November 29, 2013 their baby girl, Abby Lynn Almirola, was born. Before the recent birth of Abby Lynn Almirola, the couple could frequently be found on the racetrack with baby Alex. It would seem the family will continue their racetrack outings once baby Abby is settled in. And with the couple spending so much time at the racetrack, it wouldn’t be a surprise if Alex and Abby became the next brother/sister legends of NASCAR.

This family is making their way through the circuit.  And, while time away from home certainly presents it’s own challenges, Aric Almirola’s wife seems to be holding down the fort.

Nikola Jokic’s girlfriend Natalija Macesic lives in Denver with him.

But, she’s an international traveler!

She traveled to London with Nikola while his Denver Nuggets took on the Indiana Pacers there. Games in London are not uncommon in 2017’s NBA. However, logistically they are still too difficult for a full-time team to establish a presence. Anyway, Nikola posts some pretty funny pictures of Natalija. He smooshes her face like a small cute dog and comments in Serbian, presumably about how cute she is. She travels everywhere with him when she can, and they routinely go to Serbia to relax and enjoy their home country. Of course, when the season is on, they don’t go there.

Natalija also participates in excellent karaoke for social media. They posted a video of them lip-syncing a Serbian version of a Beach Boys song. It was a splendid performance. Clearly, they enjoy a good laugh because they are funny in that video. In March of 2015, Nikola Jokic’s girlfriend hosted some kind of booth for a physical therapy company. Maybe she worked for the company in Serbia before she moved to the States. The couple almost certainly started to date in high school. Nikola’s photos of them together date back to when he was around 18 years old.

“Ljubav”

Nikola refers to Natalija as “Ljubav,” which means love. Nikola Jokic’s girlfriend is obviously very important in his life because they stay together through thick and thin. It’s also nice to have someone that speaks your native language. Their photos on social media date all the way back to June of 2013. That means they were together at the age of eighteen. Thus, Natalija serves as a strong support. It’s critical for Nikola to have a good support system because he’s not from here. He feels thankful and happy Natalija can live with him in Denver. I think they both miss their family too.
